Jesus lives: Matthew 28:5 "But the angel said to the women, 'Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here, for he has risen, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay.'"
And Luke 24:33-34 "They found the eleven and those with them and gathered together and saying, 'The Lord has really risen, and has appeared to Sion!'"
Jesus loves you and me: One of the most widely known verses about the love of God for all people is John 3:16 "For this is the way God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life."
