Returns
When something doesn't work out...
It happens! Something goes wrong with an order - someone makes a mistake, wrong size is ordered, or it turns out to not be what you thought it was.

Allow us to figure out what happened and offer a way to resolve the issue for you. Please DO NOT just return it to the warehouse!!!

Our Promise
We promise to provide you with a product that helps you stand in your faith. We want you to be satisfied with the product(s) that you receive and the quality of our service.
Due to the nature of our products being printed per order, we cannot offer you a Refund once it has been ordered. Here is what will help you get what you want to order:

1. Double-check your order to be the SIZE, COLOR, STYLE that you want.
2. See the chart at the end of the description for measurements in inches.
3. Unisex or Youth sizes?
4. Crewneck or V Neck? Sweatshirt?

Return & Refund Policy
Physical Products:
1. For any undamaged physical product, please contact us at loraine@renewingtime.com to give us the reason you wish to return the item and you will be given the address to return that unused and undamaged product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it for another product of like value of your choice.
2. The buyer is responsible for ordering the proper size and color.
3. Please double-check the size and color before ordering your product, as it is printed after you order it.
4. Due to the nature of this Print on Demand website, each item is only printed after it is ordered, unless it is specifically noted as an item special or overstock, therefore we DO NOT give refunds.
5. Returns will be replaced by the same product or agreed upon replacement.
In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: digital downloads.
Digital Products:
1. There are no refunds or returns on any digital products due to the nature in which you receive it. There is no verification process that could prove that you no longer have access to it.
2. Are for your use only and not to be sold or given away.
